WE500 is an End-to-End solution for the unattended remote monitoring and control of plants and equipments. It’s a flexible and high performance platform that integrates all main remote control functions and allows a complete and automated management of any machine or installation. WE500 grants high-class performances in all unattended remote control applications, using 2G, 3G and 4G connectivity.

It’s the ideal solution for the Industry 4,0 market, in which the remote monitoring, control, datalogging and diagnostic are the main applications.

REMOTE CONTROL

Remotely handles the different functions of a system: switching on/off, parameters settings and thresholds activation. WE500 provides different communication mechanisms for system controlling, including most popular protocols of the Industry 4.0 (Modbus, TCP/IP and others).

MONITORING

Monitors the system status and detects parameters changes. WE500 provides a sophisticated events system that allows to send SMS, email or rings when it detects changes in activation threshold, in one or more parameters simultaneously or even based in mathematical expressions.

 

REMOTE ACCESS

Through a VPN channel WE500 provides a direct and transparent communication to the monitored devices and machines. It allows to interact in real time and provide remote assistance. 

DATALOGGING

Stores periodically the system parameters specified by the user. All the monitored parameters and triggered events are stored in the capable internal memory, in an external USB key or they can even be sent to a web portal at user defined intervals.

Connectivity 2G-3G-4G LAN E WLAN

Expandable I/O Module complete with 8 digital inputs, 2 analogue inputs and 2 digital outputs on board with simple and intuitive user interface. WE500 can be completely configured and monitored directly through its web interface. There is no need to install additional software.

 

Nethix Dashboard

All data monitored by WE500 can be displayed in real-time using multi-trace graphics or tabulates.

The new Dashboard allows to customize the device interface according to the specific requirements of the application.

It provides a wide choice of ready-to-use tools and allows to upload external images or graphic elements, in order to develop a dedicated and intuitive visualization of the performance of each single plant or device.

Autonomous

Its functioning requires only a power source and an enabled SIM card.

Web Based

WE500 can be completely configured and monitored through the internal web based interface. 

Unattended

The functioning of the device doesn’t need any kind of human interaction.
