Print Quality
Prints sharp text and graphics, such as the ISPM15 Heat treatment logo.
Works well on rough sawn timber such as pallet blocks, boards, or bearers. No need to plane timber first.
Data
Has a fully-featured controller allowing plc control. Applications include message selection, sending grade details to a message template, or printing part numbers onto a component.
Applications
– 2 way entry pallet system – 2 print heads mounted on the production line to mark bearers, even on winged pallets.
– 4-way entry pallet system – 2 print heads mounted on production line, plus custom controller to select stamp to be printed on each block.
– Component marking system – printer and conveyor for handling blocks, boards or bearers.
– Sawmills end stamping – prints end stamp design with variable data according to grade and size of the section.
