Truck Inspector. System for timber trucks measuring
An automatic system for timber trucks measuring Truck Inspector was put into operation at the Lestekh enterprise in Alapaevsk, Sverdlovsk oblast.
While the vehicle is moving through the frame with the SICK sensors installed, they capture the truck profile from several sides and transfer the data to the software package developed by AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR. It calculates the volume of the transported cargo and generates all the necessary reports.
The strong part of the Truck Inspector system is a high measurement accuracy of +/- 5% which was proven during the field test as well as its ability to work in all weather conditions: snow, rain and strong wind don’t affect the quality of measurements.
