The Agency of technological development that created the Catalogue was established by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2016 in order to create conditions for the technology transfer and promote high-tech industrial production, as well as to assist Russian manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of world-class technology solutions and raising the competitiveness of domestic products.
